Whether you’re running outside or at the gym or at home, just keep moving–being sedentary is enemy number one when it comes to our health both physical and mental.
How we can keep moving without feeling unnecessary pressure:
1- Set reminders on your smart devices to get you moving every 55 minutes.
2- Turn up the volume on favorite tunes whilst cleaning the house, gardening.
3- Place hand weights, a bounce ball (the kind you can sit on) bands, kettle bell all near where you watch television, computer area.
Think about it my friends, one doesn’t have to do much out of the ordinary to keep moving.
An old cliché: Visualization equals materialization. Corny some might think but no matter, we are the ones who are living our life.
