Being halfway around the world poses a time challenge ⏰

For the past two weeks or so, I’ve been in Eastern Europe—a blast of a holiday for sure.

I, at first, wasn’t sure I’d be able to blog daily as I normally do, yet here I am able to blog right on each day!

I am stoked about that.

The times at which I blog vary for sure, no question.

One of the best things about being abroad is the food—new palate tantalizing recipes!

Soon, I’ll blog my latest interpretation of a main staple here in Budapest!
