🌍PFJ🌏Plastic Free July is here—let’s make a strong effort to remove as much plastic from our Ives for the month of July—I realized just how much plastic I bring into my home during the first year of PFJ. Since then, I have made some changes some more challenging to adopt than others. The following are items I’ve 100% stopped using and or cut back on by at least 50%: napkins , paper towels, plastic wrap, plastic baggies, shopping /grocery bags, pre-wrapped vegetables & fruits, and more. I also began composting ALL of the food waste my household produces yielding less pollution production. Endeavoring to commit to eliminating plastic from my life, our lives, is no easy feat but it is worth putting our efforts into helping our planet live healthfully for centuries to come. Thank you for trying for a Plastic Free July. Cheers! yoliOms @caffeyole
