Stretching Post Workout: Hamstrings
Here is one of my favorite post: runβcardioβhike, stretches Iβd like to share with you:

Hold the position for at least thirty seconds on each leg, twice each.
You can stretch longer and do more reps if your body is up for it.
Not only does this stretch your hamstrings but also your lower back, glutes, back.
And as always, if it hurts, loosen your grip or try it sitting up.
