A little about me and why I do what I do. I enjoy blogging about miscellaneous topics ranging from cooking to learning about computers (what's in between you ask? Loads of stuff like working out and roadtripping and enjoying family and friends)
One of my favorite things to do in life is learning stuff. Over the past few years, I have been expanding my brain cells by learning about Computer Science; moreover: iOS development, website building, security, various programming languages and more. Wowza! Where will these skills take me is yet to be determined.
Well, for now in 2024 already, I will continue on my paths with continued curiosity and excitement.

Hello my fellow humans! I would like to share this recipe I created a few years ago.
I am attempting to complete a cookbook and this is one of the recipes.
I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:
1 can Garbanzo beans
1/2 cup roughly chopped Cilantro
.25 cup Walnuts
3 tablespoons of Olive oil
.25 cup dark Balsamic vinegar
3 crushed cloves fresh garlic
.5 tsp kosher Salt
.5 tsp cracked black pepper
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
A dash or or three of bit of cayenne
And last but not least, a bit of cheer, a pinch of #goodthings, and a handful of love!Directions:
In a blender, add ingredients as listed and blend a bit, taste, adjust and blend a little more until the taste is very good for you and yours and the consistency is creamy and thick.
