We can do so much when baking salmon. We can substitute olive oil for butter to start. A multitude of side dishes go with this delish fish: veggie medley, roasted red potatoes, onion and mushroom sauté. The list goes on an on! And you can’t go wrong with a chilled Sauvignon Blanc as it pairs perfectly with salmon! Cheers & Eatup!
